N740V burner, dual fuel natural gas/fuel oil, max power: 7400 kW

A hospital located on the east coast needed to upgrade its 750 BoHP Superior boiler. To do so, it turned to our partner responsible for managing their plant. Our team promptly illustrated the advantages offered by the low NOx CIB burner, which is capable of guaranteeing a high modulation ratio (turndown) without the use of FGR. Thanks to this upgrade, it was possible to eliminate the compressor, a component that is traditionally noisy, energy-intensive, and subject to frequent maintenance. The end result: a more efficient, quieter, and environmentally friendly plant. This is thanks to the high-efficiency N740V burner, which offers:

• Emissions below 15 ppm.
• No need for FGR.
• Turndown 1:8.
